Our client, a locally owned full-service furniture management company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their growing team. We are seeking an organized and adaptable Project Coordinator. This role is being added in anticipation of a growing sales team, and will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, operations, logistics, and installation. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Team with quoting, order entry, and administrative coordination
  • Create budgets and quotes using industry-specific software and Excel
  • Process orders through the company’s core web-based platform (non-negotiable system)
  • Maintain accurate and organized records including customer and project data, sales reports, and inventory information
  • Communicate with customers primarily via email to provide updates and support
  • Respond to inquiries, assist with scheduling, and provide product and pricing information
  • Schedule inbound logistics/trucks and coordinate installation once product is received in the warehouse
  • Process invoices, match purchase orders, verify approvals, and manage vendor payments accurately and on time
  • Support sales, design, and operations teams with scheduling, paperwork, and file organization
  • Ensure deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities
  • Maintain company quality standards and support quality assurance processes
  • Prepare materials for meetings and presentations (occasionally using Canva or PowerPoint)
  • Manage expenses, assist with event/travel coordination, and perform general office duties
