About The Position

Plustech Inc. is the North American Headquarters of SODICK Injection Molding Machinery Division. SODICK injection molding machines have been engineered to be the most precise machines on the market for its Exact Dosing mechanism. We service manufacturers in medical devices, electronics, automotive, industrial, and various high-end proprietary applications. We are in a 138,000 sqft. facility in Elk Grove Village, IL for our growing business. Opportunity: Challenger Role: Bring new ideas to the team! Use digital tools and modern techniques to find customers that traditional methods miss. Market Hunting: Proactively research and identify potential clients using social selling (LinkedIn), email campaigns, and inside sales techniques. Learn & Grow: Master the art of high-level negotiation and technical consulting under the mentorship of senior leadership. Field Work: Travel to client sites, build relationships, and manage your own territory like your own business. AI Initiative: Leverage AI tools and AI agents to improve internal workflow efficiency and simplify customer interactions (e.g., lead research, proposal drafting, CRM updates, and customer communication automation).

Requirements

  • Open to Entry-Level & Career Changers. (0-3 year experience).
  • "Street Smarts" are essential. We value grit, resilience, and the ability to solve problems creatively over textbook knowledge.
  • Comfortable using modern software and adapting to new technologies quickly.
  • Strong desire to earn high income based on results ($100k+ potential with commission).
  • Ability to utilize Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) at a business level to support research, communication, workflow automation, and productivity.
