The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, proficient with business systems and software , and solution-oriented while supporting the goals of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and the sales team with orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Create and distribute quotes to customers and sales representatives.
  • Log all orders, quotes, and sales activity in Salesforce to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide resources and materials to customers, rep groups, and the sales team.
  • Take initiative to promptly and professionally resolve customer issues.
  • Administer all sales contracts, including state and national agreements.
  • Monitor marketing materials, swatches, and office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Assist in prospecting for new customers and opportunities
