About The Position
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic U.S. team. You'll work directly with regional Sales Directors-managing key data, driving process efficiency, and supporting business development efforts behind the scenes. If you're energized by learning, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by growth and impact-this could be your runway. You'll be part of a high-performing sales environment where your attention to detail, responsiveness, and forward-thinking mindset make a real difference. This role is a hybrid position, working from one of our core U.S. offices at least four days a week. Priority will be given to candidates located near the following Jet Aviation hubs. They are listed in order of Jet Aviation's location preference: Scottsdale, AZ; Teterboro, NJ; West Palm Beach, FL; Chicago, IL.
