The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting Account Managers to meet customer needs effectively. This position involves entering customer orders and quotes into the computer system, managing quoted materials in spreadsheets, and conducting research on open customer orders. The specialist will also handle QSA & Return Authorizations processes, send out correspondence and literature, and work on back-order reports. Additional responsibilities include obtaining Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, processing credit requests, creating miscellaneous spreadsheets, and performing general clerical tasks such as correspondence, typing, and filing. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
