About The Position

The Lead Development Specialist at RCN Capital is an entry-level position designed to serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients interested in the company's lending programs. This role is crucial in qualifying leads and facilitating the loan application process, ultimately preparing candidates for a career in lending within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong phone skills and ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Basic understanding of real estate financing

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with pipelined leads to discuss the prospective real estate investment project
  • Discuss scenarios with prospective clients to qualify whether RCN Capital's loan programs are a fit
  • Follow up with clients and provide information and support with the goal of the client submitting an application
  • Obtain documentation from interested clients to provide to Loan Officers for origination
  • Review broker registration process with brokers looking to newly register with RCN Capital and work with BLN team to onboard them
  • Handle all other inquiries and forward information to appropriate teams
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Lending
