Under minimal supervision, provides clerical and administrative support to the Sales Department. Provides sales support for the sales department. Creates and maintains files for new, current and internal company customers. Data order entry in the AS400 system. Answering phone calls in a friendly professional manner. Assisting customers with order updates, status of their order and quotes. Taking and delivering messages. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
