About The Position
Our client is entering an exciting next chapter of growth and innovation, and we’re adding a Sales Support/ Sales Operations professional to our US team. This role is perfect for someone who loves being the go-to person — supporting customers, managing quotes and orders, and coordinating projects behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements
- Background in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Sales Support / Sales Operations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-driven role
- ERP experience (Dynamics NAV a plus)
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in healthcare, manufacturing, technical installation, or logistics is a bonus
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers (phone & email)
- Preparing & following up on quotes and sales orders
- Order processing in Dynamics NAV (ERP)
- Coordinating installations and cross-functional workflows
- Partnering with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience
