About The Position

The Sales Support Rotational Program is designed to accelerate your career with a focus on making health care work effectively and efficiently for seniors. Participants will engage in a structured curriculum and on-the-job sessions that expose them to various skills, tools, and functional departments within the Sales & Distribution Organization. The program lasts for 26 months and includes practical experience through projects in critical business areas, collaboration with experienced professionals, and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of obtaining a Bachelor's degree or have obtained a degree no longer than 24 months prior to the position start date from an accredited college/university.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship for employment-based work authorization.

Nice To Haves

• Work or volunteer experience in sales, customer service, health care, or health insurance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 26-month Rotational Program with a structured curriculum and on-the-job training.
• Complete two, six-month rotations outside of the Producer Help Desk in areas such as Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Workforce Management, and Business Development.
• Execute two, six-month long Sales Support Rotations via inbound telephonic interactions.
• Build Agent sales success and loyalty through timely and effective interaction resolution.
• Provide interaction resolution updates using effective oral and written communication.
• Interact with Sales Agents via various communication channels including inbound calls, chats, emails, and outbound calls.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management.
