Job Description: Sales Support Representative Remote - Temp, Full-Time The Job Temporary Position. 3-6 month assignment. Provide excellent customer service to our contracted brokers and SCAN Sales Representatives that call into the Sales Support line. Support the contracted Broker community and SCAN Sales Representatives by answering questions regarding Medicare/Medi - cal eligibility, network, formulary, & benefit design, and as well as other related topics or concerns to assist with bringing in more membership. Training to be provided at the beginning of the assignment. You Will Answer phone calls from internal sales representatives as well as external broker agents. Provide excellent customer service to the contracted Broker community and SCAN Sales Representatives. Responds to questions regarding eligibility, network, formulary, benefit design, commissions, as well as related topics or concerns. Accurately interpret and explain benefits and plan options. Provide follow-up to callers as needed to resolve the inquiry, in a timely fashion. Escalate appropriate issues to management, and route calls to internal departments when needed. Maintain professional knowledge of Medicare and SCAN benefits by successfully completing required training. Follow all state and regularity guidelines by adhering to programs implemented by Compliance Department. Document all calls and action items in the Sales Support call log, according to department standards. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Your Qualifications Required: G.E.D./High School or a comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed 2+ years sales support experience in a call center environment. Medicare knowledge highly preferred. Excellent communication and time management skills. Bilingual, Spanish speaking, preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational skills; Ability to multitask; and Ability to appropriately maintain confidentiality. Office hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PT). Daily work schedules may vary, and extended work hours may apply, as needed. What’s in it for you?
