About The Position
We're hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist with order processing, customer coordination, and day-to-day sales operations in a fast-paced environment!
Requirements
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license and approved driving record.
- Ability to operate ordering and tracking electronic devices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and managers.
- Sufficient math skills to perform calculations of margins and other sales related functions
- Ability to merchandise heavy product and have the stamina to sustain for up to 11 hours each day
Nice To Haves
- Sales support or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in sales/merchandising a plus
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Reps with orders, pricing, and account needs
- Communicate with customers on internal needs
- Assist with reports, promotions, and issue resolution
