As a Sales Support Representative for our Channel Partners, you will play a crucial role in introducing customers to the world of sales and customer support. Our representatives are expected to maintain an engaging energy and enthusiasm with our customers, surpassing their expectations every time. You should be passionate about ensuring that customers have a smooth, positive transition from the point of sale to the activation of their equipment. This entry-level position will allow you to learn a variety of skill sets such as sales tactics and processes, Vivint systems/equipment, customer service, and time management skills. Candidates must be results-focused and relentless problem solvers. Working in this fast-paced position will provide a lot of growth opportunities for upward mobility. This position pays an hourly rate plus uncapped commission opportunities based on performance. The role offers a starting pay of $15/hour plus uncapped commission, with an average earning potential of $35k - 45k per year. You will undergo a two-week, onsite paid training at our Provo, UT office, which will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this position.
