Requirements

Plumbing/HVAC Background: Any previous experience or training in Plumbing or HVAC is a big plus, helping you better understand and meet our customers' needs.
Sales and Customer Service Experience: 0-3 years of experience, your skilled trades background will help you address customer requirements effectively.
Customer Focus: Be responsive to customer needs and make informed decisions quickly.
Adaptability: Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and follow through on your commitments with a positive attitude.
Motivated and Relationship-Oriented: Bring your enthusiasm and skills to build strong customer relationships.
Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales Associates: Use your Plumbing or HVAC know-how to help identify the best products and solutions for our customers.
Deliver Personalized Service: Provide timely and accurate quotes and sales orders to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate Deliveries: Schedule and manage deliveries to make sure customers receive their products on time.
Handle Sales Calls: Use your expertise to answer calls, provide information, and address customer concerns effectively.
Leverage Technology: Use our CRM and phone systems to ensure smooth and efficient customer interactions.
