About The Position
Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative. This role involves working closely with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions. The Sales Support Representative will ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers, and answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions. The position requires effective use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and phone systems.
