The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to streamline sales processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional support to the sales team.

  • Hire, lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales support team leaders and individual contributors to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales support team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales processes.
  • Implement and manage operational procedures to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of external and internal customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews with Team Leaders and individual contributors.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to help team members achieve their full potential.
  • Prepare and present regular sales support reports to senior management.
  • Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement and performance management.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for customer and sales requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales support team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
