Responsibilities

• Account Management: Learn and support the unique Account Management sales process across Oxford's various divisions, understanding the critical skills clients in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors look for when hiring consultants.
• Hands-On Experience: Gain practical experience in conducting business-to-business sales, utilizing various sales approaches and technology such as phone calls, emails, text, Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to foster and grow relationships.
• Mentorship: Partner with and learn from talented sales professionals, gaining insights into what it takes to be successful in the professional services industry.
