Requirements

  • High school diplomas or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Excel including vlookups and pivots, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional phone and email support as the primary point of contact for customers in a high call volume environment, resolving inquiries and order-related issues promptly and accurately.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while working with internal teams to confirm product availability and address any inventory discrepancies.
  • Validate and route incoming leads to the appropriate sales teams or account managers, while assisting with CRM updates and account reporting.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, product management, and operations to improve workflows, optimize sales processes, and elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that drive sales growth and operational excellence across AKG.
