Position Summary This individual would assist brokers with the contracting/certification process, enrollments, answer specific product questions and assist with escalated issues. This role would report to the Broker Service Department in MSO but be dedicated to the appropriate market. Candidate must reside in one of the states below as position is for specific market support. Great Lakes Market (WFH – MI,IN,WI,IL) Training: 8 weeks Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
Requirements
- Will travel to broker meetings upon request (up to 25%).
- Health insurance related experience, supporting Brokers 2-3 years is REQUIRED.
- Medicare Advantage experience.
- Data entry experience.
- Microsoft office applications experience.
- Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired (must license within 6 months if there is no license at time of hire).
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a production environment.
- Customer Service experiences in a transaction based.
