About The Position

The Sales Effectiveness Manager is responsible for shaping and executing product‑led go‑to‑market strategies for GlobalLINK. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, market intelligence, sales enablement, and client insight.Goals of this role are translating complex capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging and campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. This role enables commercial success through insight, positioning, storytelling, and measurement, ensuring that client‑facing teams are supported by strong narratives, data‑backed value propositions, and consistent market signals.

Responsibilities

  • Product Marketing & Positioning Own and evolve the value propositions, positioning, and messaging frameworks for GlobalLINK.
  • Strategically partner with the State Street and Markets marketing organization.
  • Own and manage client conferences and all forms of organized client communications.
  • Translate product features (execution models, analytics, liquidity, cash solutions) into clear client outcomes such as cost transparency, risk management, operational efficiency, and decision support.
  • Develop and maintain core marketing assets including pitch decks, one‑pagers, solution briefs, use‑case narratives, and FAQs.
  • Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Campaign Design Partner with GlobalLINK and Markets Product, Sales Leadership, and Marketing to design go‑to‑market strategies for new launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Define target segments, priority use cases, and messaging angles for FX, analytics, and cash offerings.
  • Support integrated campaigns across digital, events, thought leadership, and client communications.
  • Commercial & Market Analytics Leverage data to inform marketing decisions, including: Product adoption trends Client behavior and usage patterns Cross‑sell and solution penetration themes Market and competitor dynamics
  • Build dashboards and reporting that connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes, enabling leadership to assess what messages and campaigns resonate most.
  • Enablement from a Marketing Lens Ensure client‑facing teams are equipped with consistent, high-quality marketing content rather than sales scripts or quota tools.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing education by curating product narratives, market context, and competitive differentiation.
  • Maintain a clear “single source of truth” for approved messaging and client-ready materials.
  • Brand, Thought Leadership & External Presence Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and Communications to position the firm as a thought leader in FX markets, data-driven decisioning, and cash solutions.
  • Contribute to white papers, insights, presentations, and event content that reinforce brand credibility and expertise.
  • Monitor and communicate competitor positioning and market trends to internal stakeholders.
  • Governance & Consistency Ensure marketing materials and messaging align with internal governance, compliance, and brand standards.
  • Maintain consistency of language, claims, and positioning across regions, channels, and product lines.
