About The Position

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator . In this role you will serve as the liaison for all supply chain, logistic activities, and administrative support related services to sales providers, dealers, and field sales personnel within an assigned area. Navigate and diagnose sales rep and field sales personnel needs and respond using a wide and dynamic base of information and resources. You will also serve as a subject matter expert in sales programs, sales processes, customer information, account maintenance, logistics, and all supply chain related services in support of the success of the sales provider's business and achieve commercial-unit goals and objectives. VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position. Relocation assistance not offered for this position. This is a remote position that meets a few times a month. Must be in commuting distance to the Johnston, IA location. What You’ll Do: Represent the company positively by performing all tasks safely, demonstrating teamwork, and supporting the sales team in line with brand values. Act as the primary contact for assigned Sales Providers, providing high-level customer service and proactive communication on supply, deadlines, product changes, and inventory needs. Make business decisions related to inventory, logistics, repackaging, and product movement with financial impact awareness. Coach Sales Representatives using a business-minded, solutions-focused approach to drive performance and support continuous improvement. Manage sales support tasks, including agency commissions, year-end settlements, and documentation alignment. Serve as a resource for credit-related inquiries, accurately quoting payoff amounts and resolving program and processing questions. Evaluate and resolve Sales Provider issues through strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset. Collaborate with and support teammates across Sales Areas, Commercial Units, and the Supply Chain team to ensure consistent performance and share best practices. Maintain detailed knowledge of all sales programs and complete designated support activities in a timely and efficient manner. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, preferred, Associates degree in business or related field with relevant experience can be substituted.
  • Two years of education and/or experience in agriculture, supply chain and logistics, or customer service, including demonstrated high-level leadership abilities.
  • Ability to learn specific product knowledge as it relates to the support of the Sales and customers.
  • Strong communication skills (including telephone, e-mail, and presentations skills) and ability to communicate accurate information.
  • Experience and proven proficiency in computer systems and programs including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and tend to pick up quickly on new software.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people with the ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self-directed/managed work environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate, implement change.
  • You are able to work a daytime schedule with overtime hours including weekend work as needed during seasonal peaks.
