About the position
The Sales Support Coordinator at RightStone is responsible for providing essential support to the GSO and RSS teams, managing various tasks related to reporting, project preparation, and lead management. This role requires proficiency in multiple systems and tools, as well as the ability to handle requests from various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the GSO and RSS teams along with the HSS and COE mailboxes.
- Run reporting, projects, prepare launch kits, RFP and rate loading support, lead management tradeshow support and work in various systems and tools.
- Handle requests from hotels, GSO sellers, RSS sellers and leaders.
- Work in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Dodge, Cvent, Cvent Transient, GeoPointe GSOIQ, Birst and Microsoft Office systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with Cvent Transient, Cvent, ZoomInfo, Zoom or other virtual training technology, basic Salesforce Lighting
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, work in fast-paced environment, work independently, time management skills, collaborate and communicate professionally via email, Zoom, teams or phone.
- Technology / Tools efficient
- Ability to work successfully on their own with no micro-managing.
