About the position

The Sales Support Coordinator is a contract position that provides essential support to the GSO and RSS teams, as well as managing various administrative tasks related to sales operations. This hybrid role involves both onsite and remote work, requiring proficiency in multiple systems and tools to effectively handle requests and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the GSO and RSS teams along with the HSS and COE mailboxes.
  • Run reporting and manage projects.
  • Prepare launch kits, RFPs, and provide rate loading support.
  • Handle lead management and tradeshow support.
  • Work with various systems and tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Dodge, Cvent, and Microsoft Office.
  • Respond to requests from hotels, GSO sellers, RSS sellers, and leaders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently without micromanagement.
  • Efficient in using technology and tools.
