Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and sales pipeline software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Coordinate and manage sales activities, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the sales pipeline/CRM system.
• Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team, including generating reports and managing documentation.
• Perform regular follow-up tasks to ensure pipeline & communications always stay up to date.
• Conduct follow-ups and timely outreach to build and maintain client relationships.
• Help prepare for and potentially attend trade shows and industry events.
