Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from existing or new customers.
  • Gather necessary information while determining the nature of their requirement.
  • Resolve queries through necessary content or redirect inbound requests to the necessary team.
  • Effectively route leads or calls to the appropriate department or team based on the nature of the inquiry or request.
  • Ability to identify potential sales opportunities and route to the sales team.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Provide follow-up if needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Perform data entry and administration duties when required.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth transitions and follow-up.
