The Role: As the Sales Support Associate, you’ll ensure each guest has an exceptional shopping experience while assisting with scheduling, payments, and coordinating deliveries.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, administrative work is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers with a big smile and a warm hello.
  • Answering questions about our products, promotions, and services.
  • You are critical in solving customer problems!
  • Keeping the front desk organized, vibrant, and inviting.
  • Partner with the accounting team in auditing and ensuring accurate closing procedures are used and that the store balances monthly.
  • Support systems, filing, and scheduling deliveries/pickups.
  • Supporting our million-dollar sales team with closing paperwork.
  • Manage financing applications and process.
