About The Position

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Familiarity with Sage 100 / MAS
• Proficient in Google, Gmail
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant experience in Sales Support/Customer Service/Accounting

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Quotes, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders
• Manage Salesforce (CRM) opportunities
• Communicate with Sales Reps, customers, and vendors on order status, updates, and deliveries
• Proactively support and provide answers to questions from customers, the sales team, and others
• Enter transactions into Sage 100, Salesforce, and maintain up-to-date paperwork and files
• Answer incoming phone lines
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
