About The Position

This role follows a hybrid work model, with onsite presence required at our Largo, FL site on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. The Service Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and customer-facing support to the sales team or direct customer. This role helps ensure smooth processing of service quotes, orders, scheduling, and customer communication. The coordinator acts as a liaison between customers, service technicians, and sales to enhance service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or service coordination.
  • Must have access to a secure, high‑speed internet connection to ensure uninterrupted performance of job responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Quoting Support Prepare, revise, and process service quotes and proposals.
  • Track open quotes and follow up with customers or sales reps to drive closure.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, service descriptions, and documentation required for quoting.
  • Support service sales staff with customer research, product information, and documentation needs.
  • Customer Service & Communication Serve as a point of contact for inbound customer inquiries on service activity.
  • Handle escalations and route issues to appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management & Administration Enter and manage service orders, purchase orders, and service agreements in the CRM/ERP.
  • Ensure accuracy of service order and approval documentation, contract terms, or billing details.
  • Support monthly billing, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain organized records for service contracts, warranties, and customer history.
  • Reporting & Analytics Prepare weekly/monthly service sales performance reports as required.
  • Track KPIs such as quote conversion, backlog, and response times.
  • Maintain dashboards and data accuracy in CRM/ERP systems.
