About The Position
Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories seeks a Sales Support & Field Service Representative for their Administration department responsible for visiting clients in person, and office-based sales support responsibilities at the Core Lab. Works directly with leadership to provide excellent support to the sales team including but not limited to new account set-ups, pricing requests, requisition requests, billing issue resolution, billing edit reports, client supplies request, marketing material requests, and contracting functions. The focus of the position is to maintain and expand the relationship with customers leading to enhanced company requisition count growth and increased net revenue and client retention. Collaborates with internal lab personnel and acts as the voice of the customer by listening and providing feedback to the Director.
