The Sales Support Analyst - Reporting at ADP is responsible for building and delivering sales productivity metrics and driving operational process improvements within the Global Sales & Marketing organization. This hybrid role requires analytical and technical skills to support KPI measurement and decision-making across various business units, while collaborating with Sales and Operational Leaders.

  • Drive data analytics to develop insights about the business and provide status updates to Business Unit(s) and leaders via dashboards and reports.
  • Prepare standardized reporting, analysis, and communications to support sales leaders across various business units.
  • Leverage dashboarding tools for data storytelling and visualization.
  • Understand key sales data sources and their interactions to produce meaningful reporting and identify workarounds for data gaps.
  • Use exploratory data analysis to identify relationships, patterns, or trends from complex data sets.
  • Provide client-focused support for Sales partners and manage quick turnaround times for tasks/projects.
  • Seek information to understand sales team needs and provide recommendations for effective management of changes.
  • Explain technical terminology and approaches in an easy-to-follow manner.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, Data Reporting & Analytics, or Process Improvement.
  • Prior experience with CRM platforms and competency in Microsoft Office Suite (SFDC, Oracle, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of data aggregation and querying (i.e. SQL, AWS).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts in business terms.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on customer priority and high ethical standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
