The Sales Support Administrator at Integrity Environmental, LLC is a crucial role that supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Assist in the processing of sales orders and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support sales initiatives.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for sales materials and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts for clients.
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bulk fuels or heavy industry experience
  • 2 or more years CRM software experience
