About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support and processing orders

  • Experience with ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive, enter, process, and manage sales orders through the fulfillment process
  • Assist members of the sales team with quotes, communication with customers, and resolving any questions/obstacles
  • Manage customer communication ensuring successful order completion and logistics
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding inventory, delivery, shipping, and pricing if needed
