About The Position

Responsible for administrative and clerical support of the Sales and Marketing team within a manufacturing environment. Supports staff with order processing, invoicing, data entry within existing sales reports, and light account management while working closely with sales, production, logistics, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills working with standard and custom applications (Outlook, Word, Excel); will be trained on additional company specific CRM and ERP systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with high attention to detail
  • Experience in handling technical or industrial products
  • Understanding of manufacturing workflows and lead times
  • Accuracy in order entry, documentation, and spreadsheet data entry
  • Time management and multitasking in fast-paced environments or when working under deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills for handling day-to-day task-related issues
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Data tracking and reporting skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process standard and repeat customer orders accurately
  • Coordinate with production and shipping teams when needed
  • Enter sales opportunities in CRM
  • Process daily invoicing accurately
  • Assist sales representatives with account management
  • Update and maintain necessary reports on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis
