The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and working with Lowe’s Business Unit Part Time Store Associates to grow sales and service customers in the paint department at Lowe’s. The Sales Supervisor will have direct responsibility for 10-30 part-time employees within the assigned geography, with primary responsibilities in the hiring, training and development and daily management of the PT associates. The Sales Supervisor is required to work directly with their RSM/RPSM on strategy and vision for their assigned region to drive sales and development of the PT Sales team.
