As a Sales Supervisor, you will create outstanding client experiences, mentor your team, and build meaningful client relationships through inspirational, authentic, and personalized service. You will reinforce our branded customer service, educate customers on products, and ensure exceptional shopping experiences. Additionally, you will support operational flow, assist with back-of-house processes, and contribute to store efficiency. You will also mentor and coach your sales team, fostering a positive environment and modeling behaviors for lasting client relationships, with opportunities for advancement to Assistant Store Manager or other roles within SMCP.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or service experience, preferably with some supervisory background.
  • Passionate about fashion, with a keen eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail.
  • A natural leader—confident, inspiring, and eager to mentor others.
  • A strong communicator—friendly, outgoing, and persuasive.
  • Adaptable and flexible with scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

  • Assist with opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
