Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Supervisor manages and coaches a sales force to achieve sales volume, profitability, and margin goals for the franchise area. Primary job duties generally fall into the following categories: 1) Monitor the development of frontline sales force to ensure the company is cultivating strong customer relationships, while maximizing volume, revenue, and profit growth. 2) Utilizing in-store audits to ensure monthly key performance indicators are met. 3) Development of the on-premises business 4) conduct and/or attend Sales meetings with frontline employees to provide direction. 5) Work in a joint effort with the General Manager to excide company goals and imperatives. The Sales Supervisor must be focused on providing WP Beverages with profitable growth through the sale and distribution of our refreshing beverages, innovative customer focused marketing programs and superior customer service.
