As a Sales Supervisor, you will be crucial in creating outstanding client experiences, mentoring your team, and building meaningful client relationships through personalized service. You will reinforce our branded customer service, educate clients on products, and ensure an exceptional shopping journey. Additionally, you will support operational flow, assist with back-of-house processes, and contribute to store efficiency. This role involves coaching your sales team to foster a positive work environment, model client relationship behaviors, and exceed performance expectations, offering an excellent opportunity for growth into an Assistant Store Manager or other career advancements within SMCP.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or service experience, preferably with some supervisory background
  • Passionate about fashion, with a keen eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail
  • A natural leader—confident, inspiring, and eager to mentor others
  • A strong communicator—friendly, outgoing, and persuasive
  • Adaptable and flexible with scheduling to meet business needs
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
