Reimagine What’s Possible The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and handling a high-performing outside sales team of 4–5 representatives. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, growing market presence, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. The Sales Supervisor will coach and develop team members, supervise performance metrics, and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with company goals.
