Positions Available Sales Supervisor Conduct structured consultations with prospective and returning clients Guide clients through every step of their personalized aesthetic treatment plan Document treatment progress, photos, and measurements in our CRM system Achieve and exceed daily sales targets of $3,500+ Sales Manager Lead, support, and coach a high-performing team of sales consultants Drive individual and team sales performance, with goals of $3,500+ per rep Ensure a polished, professional, and seamless client experience Build a team culture based on excellence, results, and care

Requirements

• Have a proven track record in sales (spa, medspa, or luxury retail preferred)
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and with purpose
• Are energized by high-ticket goals and motivated by performance-based rewards
• Stay organized and are comfortable using CRM tools and sales systems
• Genuinely care about aesthetics, wellness, and delivering results for clients
• Are ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally

Responsibilities
