Now hiring a Part-Time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager to join our Columbus team and help drive personalized, high-value client journeys.

Requirements

• Previous experience in high-end sales, beauty, or spa services
• Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with CRM tracking
• Energized by goals, growth, and delivering exceptional client results

Responsibilities

• Hold one-on-one consultations to help clients choose the right treatment plan
• Hit or exceed $3,500 in daily sales through confident, value-based recommendations
• Use CRM tools to document client progress and communications
• Maintain a luxury standard of professionalism and care
• Provide leadership for a part-time sales team
• Help shape client strategy and refine the consultation process
• Mentor team members and help close large sales packages
