Since 1977, we have been growing into the premier residential remodeling company in South Central Wisconsin and we are seeking an experience Sales Consultant to join our passionate team and contribute to our continued success. We are seeking a high-performing Sales Supervisor to support our Sales Manager in leading a results-driven team of Renewal by Andersen Sales Consultants. This position reinforces our proven in-home selling process, provides hands-on coaching, and equips consultants with the tools, marketing resources, and best practices needed to maximize first-visit closes and full-project sales. This position will report to the Sales Manager.

  • Coach and develop Sales Consultants through ride-alongs, feedback, and targeted training to strengthen in-home presentation, discovery, and objection-handling skills.
  • Support and drive the established sales process to ensure every appointment is run to standard and focused on achieving first-visit closes and full-project sales.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as close rate, one-sit close percentage, and average ticket size, using CRM tools; provide immediate coaching and reinforcement to improve results.
  • Hold the team accountable for following the proven sales system and achieving individual and group goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to communicate progress, recommend adjustments, and maintain alignment with company strategy and targets.
  • Ensure market awareness by staying current on competitor offerings, Renewal by Andersen product updates, and market trends to keep the team sharp and informed.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4-year degree in sales, business management or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience considered.
  • At least 2 years' relevant work experience with a history of progressive management and sales success is required.
  • Experience in residential construction or remodeling is preferred but not required.
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License is required with a good driving record.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle's NetSuite preferred.
