Join Our Sales Success team where you will manage the Sales Success Credit Support team as they support GCB Payments Sales. As a Sales Success Credit Support Manager within the Sales Success Credit Support team, you will lead the team in supporting GCB Payments Sales. You will develop and maintain subject matter expertise of Payments products and their associated credit facilities, collaborate with stakeholders on projects, and manage exception reporting and feedback. Your role will involve creating process models, specifications, and management presentations, while ensuring clear communication and partnership with stakeholders to achieve common goals. The Sales Success Credit Support team is considered the subject matter experts for Payments product credit. The team works with a variety of stakeholders including Sales, Product, Credit Risk, Implementations and Operations on a variety of requests and continuous improvement projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the team as they support GCB Payments Sales with proper credit setups for clients, effective credit utilization, and proactive rightsizing.
