Summary of This Role The Sales Success Business Analyst will support the strategic vision of the global strategy and revenue enablement ecosystem by working as the primary liaison between Sales (the business) and sales success, partner comp and pricing enablement teams. In this high-visibility role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze SMB business sales requirements and recommend solutions and enhancements to improve and optimize user journeys, experiences, and maximize operational efficiencies. You will use your collaborative and innovative problem-solving skills to ensure alignment with business standards and best practices when gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and assessing feasibility. This role advocates for the business while partnering with the Sales stakeholders to execute the strategic sales and pricing enablement roadmap across the GP landscape.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Acquiring industry, with project-minded experience.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks
  • Working knowledge of security concepts such as single sign on and data security (Shield)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Leads the sales acceleration efforts and advocates global Sales requirements by incorporating change management, planning, and maintaining a positive organizational outlook on the overall effort and future vision.
  • Works with the Sales and technology teams, subject matter experts, users and other business stakeholders to perform business analysis and conducts employee and customer research to support the program’s vision, roadmap, and content presentations.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and propose solutions that optimize processes and performance of sales processes
  • Work with business stakeholders (sales and account management) to synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback, identify requirements, appropriately adjust the priority of deliverables and prioritize the business backlog.
  • Create project specification documents such as process flow diagrams, capability maps, business requirements documents.
  • Owns the documentation of complex Business process
  • Leads and facilitates discovery and scoping sessions with stakeholders and document all key business requirements
  • Articulate to business stakeholders the value of recommended solutions and approach
  • Understands business process and potential constraints to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectations
  • Incorporates experience, business savvy, creative and out-of-the-box thinking in solutions working with Architect
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
  • Identifies and builds KPI reporting for all aspects of the team to provide business reporting.
  • Establishes solid credibility on behalf of self and with business stakeholders
