About The Position

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE… Actively sell to customers while leading and supporting Sales Stylists. Coordinate staff to achieve sales, service, and customer satisfaction goals through prompt, knowledgeable, and engaging service. Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team that thrives within Jaxen Grey’s culture. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, full-time Sales Stylists help coach and lead the styling floor and team. When Store and Assistant Managers are unavailable, full-time Sales Stylists also oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, alterations, break schedules, inventory management, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
