About The Position

Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking a Sales Strategy Intern for our West Chester, PA office. The position is 40 hours a week and will run from mid- May through mid- August. This internship provides exposure to the strategic and analytical functions that support Lasko’s retail and eCommerce sales growth. The intern will assist in analyzing sales performance, supporting go-to-market strategies, evaluating competitive teams. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in sales analytics, business strategy, and consumer pro positioning, and helping identify opportunities to drive revenue and market share growth. This role offers cross-functional exposure to Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Supply Chainducts.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field
  • Rising Junior or Senior preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Interest in consumer products, retail, or eCommerce industries

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Previous internship or project experience in sales, analytics, or marketing
  • Demonstrated leadership through coursework, student organizations, or extracurricular activities

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance data across key retail and eCommerce channels
  • Assist with developing dashboards, reports, and presentations that highlight sales trends and insights
  • Support sales forecasting and performance tracking initiatives
  • Conduct product and category performance analysis
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Evaluate pricing, promotions, assortment, and product positioning within the home comfort category
  • Assist in gathering consumer and retailer insights to support strategic initiatives
  • Support go-to-market planning for new product launches
  • Assist in developing sales presentations and retailer support materials
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand product lifecycle and commercial strategy
  • Contribute to a capstone summer project focused on improving a key sales or category initiative
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects and business initiatives
