As a Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Associate, you will act as an advisor to leaders in the Customer Success & Services (CS&S) organization and be responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business. Additionally, you will assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. You will also help drive operational excellence, ensuring data and operational foundations are maintained to allow the business to run efficiently. This individual is also responsible for leading, executing, and scaling new initiatives in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
