The Dealer Sales Strategy Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities. We’re seeking a strategic and analytical intern to help reimagine our dealer incentive programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about partner growth, data-driven decision-making, and creative program design. You’ll explore best-in-class incentive structures across industries and help shape a high-impact proposal for our 2027 dealer program.

  • Investigate incentive and partner programs in adjacent industries to identify breakthrough structures that drive dealer growth.
  • Analyze current SWF dealer incentive spend and ROI to determine what’s working and what’s underperforming.
  • Develop tiered incentive concepts such as accelerated rewards for revenue or volume growth, cross-brand adoption bonuses, consumer lead-generation credits, and loyalty and share-of-wallet expansion incentives.
  • Quantify the potential ROI of proposed programs across different dealer archetypes.
  • Test proposed structures through interviews or focus groups and refine based on feedback.
  • Deliver a full 2027 incentive program proposal, including a business case, rollout roadmap, and metrics to track impact on growth, retention, and channel alignment.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Interest in partner/channel strategy and incentive design.
  • Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Newly renovated corporate headquarters (including on-site fitness center).
  • Exposure to other roles and functions within SWF.
  • Career advancement opportunities.
  • Regular interaction with multiple functional areas and with others at all levels within the organization, from production to senior leadership.
  • Paid on-the-job training; in-depth product knowledge sessions via online courses, live online classes, and live sessions.
