About The Position

We're looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to be a trusted partner to our Sales and GTM leadership team. This role will own the systems, reporting, and insights that drive revenue growth, while also helping us scale processes, improve forecasting, and connect data across Marketing, Product, and Finance. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and strategic — comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build dashboards, while also providing forward-looking insights that shape company priorities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics (startup/GTM experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), analytics tools (Hex, Looker, Tableau, etc.), and SQL/Snowflake.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort balancing tactical reporting work with strategic projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards (Hex, Snowflake, Salesforce, etc.) to track pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales reporting, including leadership and board-level analysis.
  • Own documentation of data definitions and methodologies to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and highlight risks/opportunities.
  • Analyze pipeline health and deal velocity to support quota attainment and strategic planning.
  • Manage CRM hygiene, workflows, and automation to ensure clean, reliable data.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Integrate website and product analytics (e.g., PostHog, Datadog) into sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product and Finance on pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy.
  • Support quota setting, compensation planning, and scenario modeling with clear data analysis.
  • Enable sales teams with training and resources to effectively use reports, dashboards, and tools.
