As a Store Manager for Russell Cellular, a Premium Wireless Agent for Verizon, you will equip people with the wireless products they need and ensure that you provide the best wireless experience to every customer, every time. You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services to the general public, create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns, and continually increase your knowledge of telecommunications products and services. You will also observe retail sales reps selling processes, teach best practices, and ensure delivery of top-tier customer service. Additionally, you will seek additional sales through creative marketing and community involvement, develop and monitor action plans for the accomplishment of daily/month sales goals, prepare Wireless Specialist reviews with approval from the District Sales Manager, facilitate new hire sales training programs, conduct interviews, hire new employees, manage shift scheduling, and conduct disciplinary action plans as needed.
