As a Premium Wireless Agent for Verizon, you will be responsible for equipping customers with the wireless products they need and ensuring the best wireless experience for every customer, every time. This role involves facilitating retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services, creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, and contacting current customers for further sales. You will also be responsible for training new hires, conducting interviews, and managing shift scheduling.
