Russell Cellular is seeking a self-motivated individual for the role of Store Manager, a Premium Wireless Agent for Verizon. This position offers an opportunity for growth and financial stability in retail sales. As a Store Manager, you will equip customers with the wireless products they need and ensure the best wireless experience for every customer. You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services, create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, and contact current customers for further sales. Additionally, you will observe and teach retail sales reps, develop action plans for sales goals, and manage new hire training and scheduling.

  • Conduct disciplinary action plans as needed with approval from the District Sales Manager.
  • Manage shift scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
  • A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

  • Starting pay is up to $23 hourly.
